What is Expected of the Employer?

• Agrees to the conditions described in the Training Agreement
• Gives permission to the student to participate in the program
• Meets with the student and faculty-coordinator at least twice during the semester to agree on
  learning objectives and to evaluate the performance of the student
• Arranges desirable career training experiences to enhance the learning of the student
• Verifies that the student has worked the number of hours required for credit
• Compensates the student in accordance with prevailing wage rates
