Certificate Programs

Business certificate programs provide specialized training for people who either already have a college degree or who need technical training quickly and don't want a college degree. The number of credits required for a certificate ranges from 24 to 39. Certificates are available in bookkeeping, management, marketing, retail management and marketing, small business management, or Business Fastrack.

Bookkeeping

The Bookkeeping Certificate is for students who wish to pursue an entry-level accounting or bookkeeping position in a small to medium-sized company. You'll learn the basics of financial and managerial accounting as well as payroll, computerized, and tax accounting.

Management

The Management Certificate is for students who want to work in an entry-level managerial position in a small to medium-sized company. You'll learn about leadership, human resource management, and strategic planning.

Marketing

The Marketing Certificate is for students who wish to pursue an entry-level advertising or sales position in a small to medium-sized business. You'll learn how to create, price, promote, and distribute products and services.

Retail Management and Marketing

The Retail Management and Marketing  Certificate is for students who wish to pursue an entry-level retail management position. You'll learn about retail operations, merchandising, and purchasing.

Small Business Management

The Small Business Management Certificate is for students who want to start and  run their own business. You'll learn about funding sources as well as how to put together a comprehensive business plan.

Business Fastrack
