Associate in Applied Science in Business with Specializations
The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Business with Specializations provides you training in core business areas and allows you to specialize in a single area of business: accounting, management, marketing, retail management/marketing, or small business management. The AAS in Business transfers into the following programs: the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree programs at ASU West and ASU Polytechnic; the University of Phoenix; and many other private universities.

The Accounting specialization is for students who wish to pursue an entry-level accounting or bookkeeping position in a small to medium-sized company. You'll learn the basics of financial and managerial accounting as well as payroll, computerized, and tax accounting. |

The Management specialization is for students who want to work in an entry-level managerial position in a small to medium-sized company. You'll learn about leadership, human resource management, and strategic planning. |

Marketing |

The Marketing specialization is for students who wish to pursue an entry-level advertising or sales position in a small to medium-sized business. You'll learn how to create, price, promote, and distribute products and services. |
