To Receive a Refund of my Tuition and Fees, I must . . .
- First Drop from class -
- 1. If dropping the class before it begins, it can be done over the phone with Admissions & Records, via the CARL system, or online.
- Once classes begin, contact the Admissions & Records Office.
- Make sure that you drop your class within the stated refund period.
- Complete a Refund Request Form and send it to the Bursar/Cashier Office.
- Credit card refunds are processed against the card used to make the original payment only.
- Check refunds take one month to allow your check to clear the bank (unless you provide evidence of the check clearing your bank).
- Refunds from Payment Plans will be by check only, made payable to the student on record.
