MENS NJCAA NATIONAL ALL-STAR BASKETBALL GAME APRIL 2OTH @ SCOTTSDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE:  The NJCAA Men's Basketball Coaches Association will be conducting its 3rd Annual Men's Basketball All-Star competition Sunday April 20th when 20 student-athletes from across the nation will play in a Division ll and lll game at 1:00pm. then the top ten players from Arizona's Region 1 will play the top ten players from USA at 3:00pm.
