Scottsdale Community College?s Dwight Pete rushed for 144 yards and two touchdowns in SCC?s 48-28 rout of Arizona Western and was named Western States Football League offensive co player of the week and also the JUCO player of the week. He currently is ranked 10^th in the Nation in rushing yards.

The former Tempe High School player also scored two touchdowns in the Artichokes? home opener against Phoenix College two weeks ago is second in the WSFL in rushing, average with 107 yards per game. In the Artichokes heart felt loss to Glendale Pete rushed for 117 yards.
