'CHOKES TO 40-27 VICTORY

The offense erupted against New Mexico Military to lead Scottsdale to its first victory in 2006.

With four blocked punts and solid offensive efforts from quarterback Joe Caskey and running back Donald Askew, Head Coach Doug Madoski and the Artichokes finally had things their way.  The win was the first in three games for the Artichokes, but places the squad tied at the top of the WSFL standings at 1-0.
