Fielding miscues led to seven unearned runs for Chandler-Gilbert, as they beat Scottsdale 9-1 on Wednesday afternoon at Scottsdale Community College.  Joe Pace turned in a solid outing for the Artichokes, pitching four innings, while striking out six and only surrendering two unearned runs.  Scottsdale travels to Phoenix to take on the Grand Canyon University JV squad on Thursday at 5 p.m.  They will resume conference play on Saturday, when they host Central Arizona College for an ACCAC double header starting at 12:00 p.m.
