Vickie Wofford

Vickie Wofford received her 200 hour and 500 hour Teacher Training at SCC. She is registered with the National Yoga Alliance, a member of The International Association of Yoga Therapists, Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States, and the Arizona Yoga Association. She is continuing her education through SCC and she is working toward her Occupational Certification in Yoga Instruction. Vickie is a devoted student of Iyengar style Hatha Yoga and enjoys studying the therapeutic aspects of this style of yoga. Vickie continues to study under Carlyn Sikes and has studies regularly with Certified Senior Iyengar teachers. Vickie teaches Beginning Yoga on Monday and Wednesday mornings and assists with Yoga Therapy and Teaching Yoga: Practicum. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree from SCC.
