Students can be admitted to NAU while they are earning their associate's degree as SCC.  Your NAU coordinator will provide you with guidance through your associate's degree to ensure you are meeting university and program admission requirements.

Students enrolled in this program will receive the following benenfits:

• NAU application fee waived
• NAU ID (fee is waived)
• $2,000 renewable scholarship (if eligible)
• Assistance in determining a major
• Ensure that transfer requirements are met

How to apply:

• Apply for Admission to NAU two semesters before finishing your associate’s degree.
• Apply for graduation from your Maricopa Community College of record one semester prior to completion of your AGEC (Arizona General Education Curriculum) and degree requirements.
• Keep a calendar of important dates.
• Do not wait until the priority deadline to apply; it may be too late for some majors.
• Submit your admissions application, financial aid application, and your official transcripts when you apply.
• Be sure to contact your local NAU advisor, as some majors may require a secondary application.
