Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
HRMS is the system of record for all HR related data and serves both staff and self-service employees in the areas of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Training, and Talent Management. SIS is the system of record for all student information and serves both students and staff in the areas of Admissions, Recruiting, Academic Advisement and Curriculum, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, and Campus Community communications. Financial Management Systems (FMS)
The Financial Management System (FMS) is the system of record for all accounting transactions, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger. The SCC Intranet serves as a communications center for employees, centralizing news and information about the college, employee awards and recognition, and resources to perform job duties. The Intranet is available to all SCC employees and provides links to common resources, forms and campus activities. Click here to login to the Intranet.
Email Tool - Manage My Account (formerly PAT)
Self Service web tool to assist faculty and staff with enterprise MEID lookup and password changes. This tool also allows for the ability to record business contact phone numbers and locations for the directory which then feeds updates to the HRMS system. Click here to access Manage My Account.
